I'll preface this by saying I hate cops, but that guy probably deserved that beating.
Its not like they were pulling him over to harass him or fuck with him for driving a "suspicious vehicle" <The excuse I used to hear after getting pulled over in my 92 maxima coming home from work late on a friday night/Saturday morning>
This was a high speed chase that put other drivers at risk.

reminds me of Super Marios Bros. when you had to jump up and hit those bricks with the question marks on it and a coin would pop-up out of the brick, lol (the football shoots straight up out of the guys arm like the coin out of the brick in the game)
