What 'stuff'? It's just water chilled below its freezing point in a regular freezer. If you don't leave it in the freezer TOO long and don't jolt the bottle, it will freeze when presented with a seed crystal.

Or we can just keep using plastic, squeezable bottles that can easily stand upside-down so the product settles at the spout, ready for dispensing.
