Dumbass should have had his hands up, Mayweather even gave him a chance to react after the first punch.
It's like he tapped him with the first one as a joke, and when the guy doesn't even defend and looks away towards the ref, he had to finish it.

I was working at the bar when this was on. Everyone raised there arms yelling (either the fact that it was unexpected or the fact that he won).

Yeah, because he won the first 41 the exact same way. Ortiz got what was coming to him. His arrogance before the fight and lack of discipline during the fight led to this.

About 1 second before the gif they touch gloves and the ref says "Lets box!". So, yeah... Fuck that dude for putting his guard down.
