Bad idea to grab a smoke grenade after it's already armed, those things get really hot. What this guy should have done is reflexively pulled himself out of his little hole - just because that one as a smoke doesn't mean you shouldn't have an abject fear and respect of any type of grenade, and that's a good opportunity to start learning!
