Oh, man, this reminds me of a great prank, one time my roommate was sleeping so anesthetized his lower body and amputated both his legs at the knee.
I tell you, the look on his face... Priceless.

That's a pretty fun prank. Saturate their arm in rubbing alcohol, and set it on fire. It doesn't burn the skin, but the arm hairs are another story.
