It doesnt take a smart person to know that having knowledge of even something as seemingly irrelevant as a scene from an anime can save you from looking foolish by posting a comment that is based in ignorance.

As one of the other posters said, it is better to ask the relevance of something than to assume that there is no relevance at all.
