though to be specific it's a cloaca which serves both purposes and actually can be about there (it's a long snake), though it is quite obvious that this is fake as no reptile shits like that unless its about to die

This is a stupid thing to argue about. But that snake's (an Albino Burmese Python)cloaca is down below that guy's right hand. You can see where it's tail tapers off, it's about right there.
