You probably should have googled statutory rape laws before running your ignorant mouth. In quite a few US states if ANY participant is under the age of consent it's still statutory rape. Stupid, but it's still the word of the law.

Hey idiot he's under 16 himself so if he fucks a 14 year old girl it's the same age. You don't get rape charges at 14 for banging a 14 year old. You're a genius and a huge help to our species.
