Pay more attention, the girl on the left takes most of the impact of the car at her legs that why she spins counter clockwise and she only hits the wall with her legs, she actually never hits the tree. I'd say she is still alive,broke both of her legs maybe her pelvis, she actually never hit her head that hard, the woman on the left actually had her landing softened by the fence she probably lived, and everyone else on screen made it out unscathed, not to mention the car was only going about 30 mph
