Needed to have the stock further up his shoulder.
I was taught to shoot as a kid but when I joined the army I saw so many people get punched in the face by the sight because they made the same mistake as this guy did.

Heh, that really hurts. IE lagged a bit loading right as it recoiled and I could see how far it gouged into his eye.
