My question; Why does he walk towards the car with his kid?

Shouldn't he have just checked the kid out first before picking him up, then put him on the dirt off the fucking road.

Kid could have had a spinal injury and he just made it worse.
Not to mention he could get hit by another car.

what gets flung out the back? it sure looks like it comes out the back but when the van continues on it looks like the window is still intact, like there's a glare there...

this kid in intensive care
another one stayed in car - dead
wife of this man was also in car and seriously injured too
car is 70`s model and does not have airbags or another active defence

you try thinking coherently after having been flung out of a car going 60+ mph. i'm just glad he had the presence of mind to pay attention to the kid
