I can freely dislocate my arms, fingers and wrists.
It only hurts when you put it back in because it's got to be forceful.

This is why knee stomps and front kicks to the knee need to be banned. This is also why Jon Jones and Anderson Silva are the biggest douchebags ever. They have no character or class and are out to maim their characters. Hope Sonnen mauls Silva and I hope Jones gets a career ending injury during practice.
