@uhh what; nope. The guy that got pushed down was trying to buy himself wiggle room with his back. The guy that was crowding him didn't like that, and so shoved him off his bike. This was dangerous because, on a narrow bridge, he couldn't escape the oncoming traffic. Also it was a dick move. This was justice.
