He barely got in the car, he couldn't have stepped on the gas or taken it out of park.

i kept thinking that as well about the 4th loop it looked like to me that someone else was in the drivers seat, meaning some other goofball is at fault.
but the more i keep looking through the windshield the more i see nothing. the wipers turn on the moment he opens the door and the car lurches forward so no clue honestly.
