Wouldn't that cause accidents? Imagine someone driving and suddenly fucking noticing a child in the road, so he turns sharply to avoid it and crashes into either another car or people on the sidewalk. Because of a fucking painting.

fuck him. there are children at play signs, school zone signs, etc, and if someone's too dumb to slow down in those areas he deserves to be wrapped around a tree. If this was in the middle of a highway maybe you'd have something, but it's not.

in fact it's at a speed bump. If you're going fast enough to crash when you hit a speed bump a drawing on the street is the least of your worries.
