in fact it's at a speed bump. If you're going fast enough to crash when you hit a speed bump a drawing on the street is the least of your worries.

Wouldn't that cause accidents? Imagine someone driving and suddenly fucking noticing a child in the road, so he turns sharply to avoid it and crashes into either another car or people on the sidewalk. Because of a fucking painting.
