Or 'I don't give a fuck about all these fucks I'm not giving, do you see?' What he's saying is 'Look at all (over there where there is an unknown quantity of fucks)the fucks I'm not giving.' In so doing setting up for us a quantum superposition of states in which he is not giving a lot of fucks or not giving a fuck as expressed by a negative quantity of fuck.
