I disagree. If you watch closely you can see it yaw to port because of the uneven thrust. That would indicate port engine failure, and judging by which area of the nacelle popped, I'd say there was a stress failure in the compressor.

And judging by the speed, I'd say that's actually a huge deal. There's a point of no return on takeoff runs. This plane's almost going fast enough to rotate and become airborne. Obviously since this video survived, either they were lucky enough to get airborne and circle back for an emergency landing, or they managed to abort takeoff. Some airports have different 'commit' points though, because runway lengths are not uniform at all airports.

I was waiting for it to drop off or something - a cowling coming off is no biggie, especially on the ground at that speed.
