1. Dashcam videos like that are pretty fucking common.
2. Even if true though, how does that change the fact that the car was in the oncoming traffic on a blind corner? So, fuck that driver regardless.

I take it you somehow didn't notice the constant camera bobbing and rotation of the camera. Obviously not a dashcam.
