This clip makes me happy. He can't possibly get away with the scam, he will quite likely be done for some sort of attempted fraud offense, and as the icing on the cake, it looked like his head fucking hurts. Here's hoping anyway.

Well shit not only that look at the ten-ish witnesses off to the left at the start. Those ten witnesses will state that he ran at the car and did that, the video is just icing on the you-dun-fucked-up cake.
