Okay, I know that a lot of the "pranks" GIFs that go up here are beyond pathetic as far as excuses for the word prank go, but am I just out of the loop in this particular instance? NOTHING here looks premeditated; the customer simply seemed to be too distracted with her phone to watch where she was reaching. Even the employee handing her the cone was surprised at what happened! Oh wait, I'm sorry: the "prankster" was surprised at what happened.

NOTHING here looks premeditated

That's the beauty of the prank. She does look up as she reaches for the cone, so he grab was deliberate. Also, she continued to walk away instead of trying to clean it up.
