That is because it is a couple of jump cuts, no pun. They edited it to make it look like they saved the penguin, but they really threw the penguin back to the whale. I mean really, what would you rather have, an angry bird that is about to be food or an...

I mean really, what would you rather have, an angry bird that is about to be food or an angry whale that can tip your boat over and eat all of you.
