Every swan should have to wait for the ice to re-form and then break it for THEMSELVES (Unless they pay the lead swan a negotiated FEE. And if they can't afford the fee, they freeze and DIE.) The white cis male swan breaks the ice himself while the swans behind him complain about the hetero-patriarchy and how there aren't more "swans of color" breaking the ice. All the while benefiting from that swans work.

Exactly. Swans living in poverty doing three jobs should either work harder or do the smart thing-- INHERIT their wealth. It's not like the rich swans have rigged the system to their benefit. It's not like swans who aren't cis-gendered face discrimination. (Seriously-- why can't those effeminate swans just butch it up? Stop with the whole curvy-neck, "girly-glide-y" thing?
