Not her opponent. They are putting on a demonstration and it is a choreographed move. If you look closely, you can see him help and lift her up with his right arm.
It is an actual Kung Fu move called Quan Nguyen or Scissor Kick Takedown, but is not used much in actual combat. Usually, as stated, for demonstration purposes.
