If this structure is illegal, you absoultely have to notify the authorities in the literally millions of locations around the world that have identical such structures right away!

The roof is obviously too low and would never pass code, someone must have been paid off to get it built. There are no supports over on the right side, it's just hanging there in space.

This is not the driver's fault, when buildings are built there is an expectation of accessibility which this roof fails to pass.
