No he didn't, he barely tapped the kid. The father has too much testosterone coursing through his veins, causing him to violently overreact to even the slightest perceived threat to his offspring. He would make a good hockey dad.

Besides, for all we know, that kid might have been making fun of the guy for having Down's syndrome. If it was my kid doing that, I would've beaten him myself.

They fucking do. It doesn't matter if the person is white, Asian, black, or Hispanic. If anyone of any race has downs their eyes get scrunched, their cheeks inflate, their foreheads get elongated and they all do that thing with their lips/mouth. It has something to do with the syndrome.

While people with Down syndrome do have features in common, they also closely resemble their parents and family. Many characteristics are attributed to Down syndrome, but any one person will have only some of them - each person is an individual, with a unique appearance, personality and set of abilities. The extent to which each child shows the physical characteristics of the syndrome is no indication of his or her intellectual capacity.

One of the ways they diagnose people with developmental disorders is by measuring the ratios of their facial features with calipers. An example of this is George W. Bush. If you compare GWB, Jeb, HW, and Babs, Jeb much more strongly resembles his parents. This is because GWB displays signs of fetal alcohol syndrome. Personally, Barbra Bush always struck me as the box-o'-wine a day type of broad, anyway.
