That's not Velociraptor mongoliensis, too big. They were the size of turkeys. That looks more like a Deinonychus antirrhopus.

Not A Velociraptor

Velociraptors were the size of a turkey. That's more of the size of a Utah Raptor, but the arms are too short. I'd say that was more likely a Nanotyranus, which has been shown to not be an actual species but really just a juvenile T-Rex.
