Assuming this was a fender bender, they didn't move the cars because in Russia, no matter how minor the accident, you have to leave the cars in place until the menty get there and record the details, take measurements, etc. (At least, if you want to make an insurance claim rather than settle up on the spot.)
But more importantly, not one comment about this guy's excellent form? Jesus, he nearly stuck the landing!
