Maybe a stupid question but I don't know baseball, if all the players in the dugout join the fight like normally do they all get suspended, too?

When you charge the mound you get suspended. When you charge the mound with a bat you get a lifetime ban.

If you're going to charge the mound to administer a beatdown on the pitcher, why discard the bat? It's very likely you're going to get ejected and suspended, might as well go all out and do it correctly.
