For example, it has been noted that his pecs are most likely implants, and notice how the muscles below the pectorals aren't at all exercised, that's borderline impossible. Also note the scaring along the back and ribcage from injections, they're probably on his arms too and that's why the tattoos are where they are.
Not to mention, in none of the videos does he do the exercises that can do that. You don't just get shoulders like that from doing lifts, there's a specific exercise you have to do for that. In fact, there's even a weight machine dedicated to that exercise.
