The Driver's insurance will be exhausted the first day in the hospital (most states is what, 25k bodily injury for 1 person in required insurance?) and 7-Eleven's insurance company will drop him as soon as they can. If he had any alcohol within that day or smoked reefer within a long period of time he won't get jack.
