Except that any individual with common sense would know the rule of the road that is "always evade to the right, and/or away from oncoming traffic." Truck drivers especially should know this.

If you look carefully you can see that this wasn't because he didn't notice the car there, you can see the brake lights from a lorry in front of the one that swerves. Either the lorry in front...

If you look carefully you can see that this wasn't because he didn't notice the car there, you can see the brake lights from a lorry in front of the one that swerves. Either the lorry in front hit the brakes suddenly or the guy that swerved simply didn't notice he was there. It wasn't a case of him changing lane without noticing the car, it was him evading another vehicle.
