As big as it is, it's only about 7-10 AU in diameter, Pluto's farthest distance from the sun is close to 50 AU. A dwarf planet, Eris, orbits anywhere from 40 to almost 100 AU from the sun. Don't get me wrong, it's unfathomably large, but it's no where near x1000 times larger than our entire galaxy.

I saw a video about this star. If I remember correctly, it would take a 747 like 10,000+ years to circumnavigate it.
