Assuming this was a fender bender, they didn't move the cars because in Russia, no matter how minor the accident, you have to leave the cars in place until the menty get there and record the details, take measurements, etc. (At least, if you want to make an insurance claim rather than settle up on the spot.)

Two, the grey car in front of the black van, who had a clear view of the accident, which the black van didn't have, rear ended them. This is what caused the guy in blue to jump out of the way and into the path of the van, which was swerving out of the way of the sudden pile up.

Anyone else notice the poor bloke at the back of the minivan getting hit by the SUV that the black car was trying to avoid? Looks like he might have lost some legs in this one.

Agreed. Looks to me like the guy in the black car was more concerned with getting across in front of the camera car than slowing down because there was a hazard up front. Also agree that the freeway pedestrian totally had it coming, though.
