I'm focusing on the first guy here, cause this happens so often it's fucking flawless. To many times have I seen people who think they have lost control of their car, (from ice on the road, rolling while in neutral, etc.) just bail out. Well listen you cocksuckers, unless your brakes are out and you're flying toward a cliff at Mach 1, you have NO fucking reason to bail out. I promise, you are more safe in the seat of your car than you are tumbling down the god damn highway. Also, if your brakes are out, its not the end of the fucking world, you can still steer shitface, try driving over bushes and shit till you slow down. The police won't hold it against you.
a handbrake is in cars that have the center shifter. you pull it with your hand. trucks have a parking brake pedal that you step on with your foot. and a lot of silverados and f150s have a manual transmission in america. not all are automatics. either...

Ah, most vehicles in America are automatics. Judging by this gif it seems both trucks were in reverse or neutral. The hand brake has nothing to do with anything here.
