unless it's in direct sunlight it's at the opening of a tunnel, so.. darkness is covered. And if it is in direct sunlight, it's a waterfall. You'll probably notice, and if you don't you'll feel and hear when you drive through it.

Neat idea, but you can see all the problems with it in this gif.

1) it only works in the dark.
2) it covers the road with water just where you want people to stop in an emergency.
3) the projector can blind the drivers.
