i live in a ghetto neighborhood in southern california where its like 65% latino and I see lowrider's all the time on the weekends doing that side-to-side hopping crap out on public roads. I died when I saw the "hovercholo" car lol.
FYI for people who dont know about lowriders or for doubters, this IS real. If you have your hydraulics setup right you can make cars jump even higher than that probably.
