Looks like a very sour round in there. All the same, it's mighty hard to destroy any rifle in the AK family, and this one does look Romanian...the best of the bunch, if you ask me.

This is what happens when you try to reload ammo or use shitty or old ammo. The blow back blew up the chamber, but since the round is so fucking huge; the whole exploded.
Known to happen to larger caliber (.40-.45) glocks sometimes.
