But more importantly, not one comment about this guy's excellent form? Jesus, he nearly stuck the landing!

One, the two cars in the first accident didn't stay inside or pull to the side. Two, the grey car in front of the black van, who had a clear view of the accident, which the black van didn't have, rear ended them. This is what caused the guy in blue to...

Anyone else notice the poor bloke at the back of the minivan getting hit by the SUV that the black car was trying to avoid? Looks like he might have lost some legs in this one.

Re: "I don't have time to slow down" mentality
Agreed. Looks to me like the guy in the black car was more concerned with getting across in front of the camera car than slowing down because there was a hazard up front. Also agree that the freeway pedestrian totally had it coming, though.

However, let's say you're the guy in the black car that hit him. He'd obviously been out for a few seconds. If the guy in the black car had been looking ahead further or not been a "Great. I'm late already. I don't have time to slow down." mentality,...

I dont want to excuse the jackass that decided to swerve right by the guy in front of him, but you really cant afford to be standing away from the car when you're in the middle of the fucking highway. You push it to the shoulder, or at LEAST stand...

The person in the black car was obviously trying to avoid a 2nd (or 3rd, apparently) accident by going around.
