Somebody care to explain? Hundreds of cameras filming each player 3-5 times at all times... Do they think a referee won't be able to review the video? Do they not rely on video recordings? I mean, horse races come down to photo finishes, do these assholes ever get away with all these falls/bullshit?
Yeah, that's why they do it. It's a fast paced game and they don't check most of the time
However, the next day when it's reviewed, they get caught and are mocked on TV, and then are punished accordingly.
tl;dr they get caught later
