Its the Pensacola School Board Shooting, he draws a V for Vendetta sign on the wall then tries to shoot the board member then goes down without injuring anyone and commits suicide.
Though in all honesty I seriously wish he had just shot her, as mentioned with the guy with the bottle who got shot gif, unless she was about 2 feet taller, black, male, 5x stronger and had a cinder block this qualifies her for dumbshit of the decade award.
I bet she also thinks if she took a 3 hour karate class she could whack the gun outta his hand.
