The second driver had time to slow down and possibly even stop but made no effort to. Also why did they have a dash cam? Was it a cop in an unmarked police car or something?
Russia, some shit involving insurance companies so all cars get cheapo dash cams if they have to go to court so nearly all these accident videos are from Russia nowadays.
He slams on the breaks the second the thing flys off the front of the car, its wet outisde + shitty cheap car = Unavoidable accident. Your car won't even turn on wet roads, itll just spinout while still going forward.
P.S. Know how I know its wet, the guy's windshield is covered in water after the hit in fucking coldass Russia so its probably just slightly icy rather than wet.
