This is what happens when you try to reload ammo or use shitty or old ammo. The blow back blew up the chamber, but since the round is so fucking huge; the whole exploded.
Known to happen to larger caliber (.40-.45) glocks sometimes.
Usually the fault of the ammo, never the gun.
