At least 2 of the final whacks were totally uncalled for and probably will get Ryan McIntosh prosecuted for that reason alone, as it should be.

The real issue is when the cops do shit like this all the time, under the same fucking circumstances, and I can guarantee you they never suffer for it. I don't give a shit if its a couple of ghetto bitches, I'm pretty sure you all just saw this video.

How much you wanna bet he isn't going to get shit done to him? Just like the 4 cops who beat the shit out of this guy. By the way, they hid the tape for a year, then they got fired, had the charges dropped quietly, now all the cops are back on the force. Good thing for state police forces aren't accountable to anyone unless the FBI start investigating.

Here's how most brains work: once you go into flight or fight response, your intelligent part of the brain is virtually shut down. It's easy to say someone should control it, but once you go down that road you can lose total control.

I hope not. We cannot see the guy on the floor, he could have been continuing to do something threatening, prompting the defender with the pipe to continue to fear for the life and safety of he and his fellow employees. Something threatening, such as staunch the bleeding, pick up a tooth on the ground, or whatever. Punk should have stayed on his own side of the counter, he'd have fewer bruises and contusions.
