"hey, you know where the perfect place to stop a car is? middle of a four-lane highway."
"now you stand in front of the rear bumper while I go for a stroll in another lane. I mean hey, there are two whole other lanes for all the other cars to use. by the way I hate these shoes I'm wearing, I should take them off."

I dont want to excuse the jackass that decided to swerve right by the guy in front of him, but you really cant afford to be standing away from the car when you're in the middle of the fucking highway. You push it to the shoulder, or at LEAST stand directly behind or in front of it. I'm sure that guy sued, but it was more his fault than anyone's.

That's why they always tell you to stay in your fucking car when there's an accident or emergency, or pull your car over to the side if it's not that severe of an accident.

However, let's say you're the guy in the black car that hit him. He'd obviously been out for a few seconds. If the guy in the black car had been looking ahead further or not been a "Great. I'm late already. I don't have time to slow down." mentality, that guy'd not gotten hit. The pedestrian's at fault, the guy in the black car a complete retard for not seeing the "situation" ahead.

Agreed. Looks to me like the guy in the black car was more concerned with getting across in front of the camera car than slowing down because there was a hazard up front. Also agree that the freeway pedestrian totally had it coming, though.

Anyone else notice the poor bloke at the back of the minivan getting hit by the SUV that the black car was trying to avoid? Looks like he might have lost some legs in this one.

One, the two cars in the first accident didn't stay inside or pull to the side. Two, the grey car in front of the black van, who had a clear view of the accident, which the black van didn't have, rear ended them. This is what caused the guy in blue to jump out of the way and into the path of the van, which was swerving out of the way of the sudden pile up.

Assuming this was a fender bender, they didn't move the cars because in Russia, no matter how minor the accident, you have to leave the cars in place until the menty get there and record the details, take measurements, etc. (At least, if you want to make an insurance claim rather than settle up on the spot.)
But more importantly, not one comment about this guy's excellent form? Jesus, he nearly stuck the landing!

The person in the black car was obviously trying to avoid a 2nd (or 3rd, apparently) accident by going around.
